How Google uses information from sites that use its services

neetbros helps businesses create campaigns and lets people record completed tasks and Bitcoin rewards. Contact us at bwuswe@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

Business accounts store a name, email address, account identifier, sign-in information, and session records. Email/password accounts store a protected password hash. Google sign-in provides basic profile information, an email address, and a Google account identifier to create and authenticate your account. Google credentials needed for authentication are protected on the server. This sign-in feature does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your contacts.

We store the websites, campaign instructions, reports, support requests, task updates, and screenshots you submit. Earnings records include your Bitcoin address, task records, reward balances, payout requests, and any payment transaction ID. Server and service-provider logs may include technical request information. Abuse controls use request and email identifiers.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, run campaigns, review submitted evidence, generate website reports, email reports and account messages, manage subscriptions, record earnings and payouts, provide support, and prevent misuse. A free website report examines publicly accessible website content. It does not measure your rank inside every AI service.

Visibility and sharing

Your Bitcoin address acts as a public earnings identifier. Anyone who knows it can look up its neetbros earnings balance. Campaign tasks are available to participating agents. Task evidence is available to the campaign owner and authorized administrators. Do not submit screenshots containing passwords, private account details, or information you lack permission to share.

We use Vercel and Render for hosting, MongoDB for records, Resend to deliver email, Google for optional sign-in, Stripe for subscriptions, and OpenAI for campaign ideas and AI discoverability reports. To generate ideas or a report, OpenAI receives your website URL, submitted keywords when applicable, and public page content such as titles, descriptions, headings, and readable text. A free report may analyze the requested page and up to seven linked public pages on the same website. We do not include your account or report delivery email address or credentials in the AI request. Campaign ideas are saved in your account, and free reports are sent to the email address you provide. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Stripe collects payment details through its hosted pages; neetbros stores billing identifiers and subscription status rather than full card numbers. Google profile information is used for account authentication and related account features, not sold or used to target advertisements. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate misuse.

Cookies, retention, and requests

We use Google Analytics on public pages to measure visits and general traffic sources. Analytics loads automatically and uses cookies. Google processes browser and device information and cookie identifiers. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Account pages, earnings pages, and admin pages are not intentionally tracked, and page views exclude URL query strings and fragments.

Sign-in cookies keep your session active. We retain account, campaign, evidence, report, and financial records for service operation, security, and recordkeeping; the app does not currently offer a universal automatic deletion schedule. Contact bwuswe@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate security, financial, or legal reasons. You can also revoke neetbros access from your Google account settings; revoking Google access does not itself delete neetbros records.

Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes to the use of Google account information will be disclosed before that information is used for a new purpose.
